Free Standard Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.

• Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days after processing.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. TKD Believes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Express Shipping

• Need your items fast? Select express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

• Express orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after processing.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Exclusions: Custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank to reflect the transaction.

• We currently do not offer exchanges, except in limited circumstances.
