Return Policy – TKD Believes

At TKD Believes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@tkdbelieves.com and include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Photos of the package and any damaged or defective items (if applicable)

• Reason for your return

Once we review your request, we’ll provide return instructions. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

• The following items cannot be returned: custom products, sale items, and gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

• Exchanges are not offered at this time, but you may reorder a new item separately.
